About Our Service

Totes Bozeman is a business based in Bozeman, Montana. We rent heavy-duty moving totes and equipment for local moves in the greater Bozeman area. We are a tote rental service only — not a moving service. Customers are responsible for packing and transporting their own belongings.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to book a rental or use this website.

Booking and Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Totes Bozeman.
• A booking is not confirmed until we send a confirmation and payment is received.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Rental Agreement

All rentals are governed by our Totes Rental Agreement, which is presented and digitally signed at the time of checkout. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to its terms.

Payments

• Payment is due at the time of booking.
• We accept major credit and debit cards.
• All prices are in USD.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please contact us at megan@totesbozeman.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking. Refund eligibility depends on timing and is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Liability

Totes Bozeman is not responsible for any damage to personal property, injury, or loss that occurs during the rental period. Customers are responsible for the safe use of all rented equipment.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
